CRIMINAL DEFENSE
With his background as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County where he maintained a caseload of over 200 felony cases, Mr. Herrmann acquired extensive experience in cases where he now defends clients. Specifically, Mr. Herrmann is responsible for forming the best defense for his clients in cases including but not limited to drug crimes, property crimes, financial crimes, violent offenses, domestic violence, and violations of probation, warrants and services such as expungements and sealings.
Mr. Herrmann strives to provide the best defense for each and every client, which may include legal research, analysis of discovery, affirmative defenses and matters of mitigation, motion practice, negotiations with the State to facilitate a dismissal, change or reduction in the charge, and trial practice. |
