Hans Peter Haahr
Hans Peter Haahr, a Martindale-Hubbell BV rated attorney*, began his professional legal career in Miami at the law firm of Mase & Gasenheimer, P.A., practicing Maritime law and litigating complex civil matters, such as class action lawsuits and maritime disaster claims. Afterward, he practiced at the Tampa office of Cole, Scott, & Kissane, P.A., where as a Senior Litigation Associate he litigated a wide variety of complex commercial and personal injury cases in both state and federal courts.
Hans was born and raised in Denmark and moved to the United States, attending the University of South Alabama, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Afterward, Hans attended the University of Miami School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is also admitted to Federal Claims Court in Washington, D.C. Hans is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association (Real Property Section), Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR), and the Danish American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia (DACC), and is vice president of the Scandinavian Baltic Trade Association (SBTA). Hans speaks English, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian.

Eric Herrmann
Eric Herrmann began his professional legal career in the Office of the State Attorney in Pinellas County. As an Assistant State Attorney, he has prosecuted a tremendous volume of cases, everything from misdemeanor driving offenses to attempted murder. He was born and raised in suburban New York City. After graduating from the Kent School in Kent, Connecticut, he attended the University of Delaware, where he obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Afterward, he obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami. Eric is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
